Other Events.

On November 17, 2021, BIOLASE, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release urging stockholders to vote to ensure their shares are represented at the Company’s special meeting of stockholders, which is scheduled to be held on November 19, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
