On March 3, 2025, BioLife Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing financial results and operational highlights for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
