Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 9, 2024, Mr. Wei Foong Lim and Mr. Koon Wai Wong resigned in their capacities as members of the Board of Directors of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Wong was also a Member of the Audit Committee, and a Member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Neither party informed the Company that his resignation was the result of any disagreement with the Company over any matter related to its operations, policies or practices.
