Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On February 28, 2022, Michele M. Meyers notified Black Knight, Inc. (“Black Knight” or the “Company”) that she will leave her role as principal accounting officer and an employee of Black Knight effective March 12, 2022 to pursue another opportunity. Ms. Meyers’ departure is not due to any disagreement with the Company or the Black Knight Board of Directors. Kirk T. Larsen, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will assume the role of principal accounting officer following Ms. Meyers’ departure.
