On October 8, 2021, Blue Foundry Bancorp (the “Company”) issued a press release notifying shareholders of its intention to report its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2021 and hold a conference call to discuss third quarter earnings on October 22, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
