Blue World Acquisition Corporation Announces Extension Of The Deadline For An Initial Business Combination To April 2, 2024

Blue World Acquisition Corporation (the "Company") (NASDAQ:BWAQ) today announced that, in order to extend the date by which the Company mush complete its initial business combination from March 2, 2024 to April 2, 2024, an aggregate of $60,000 (the "Extension Fee") has been deposited into the Company's trust account (the "Trust Account"). The Company issued an unsecured promissory note to Blue World Holdings Limited, the sponsor of the Company, for the deposit of the Extension Fee.
