More than 30 sample BODi workouts – from programs like 21 Day Fix, 25 Minute Speed Train, Dig Deeper, INSANITY, LIIFT4, and P90X, led by world-renowned Super Trainers including Autumn Calabrese, Joel Freeman, Lacee Green, Shaun T, and Tony Horton – will be available in the Reebok Fitness App for both premium and free trial members. The app will offer Reebok Fitness' signature training content alongside the curated selection of BODi fitness content. Shakeology, BODi's premium superfood blend, now available in vegan, 0g added sugar flavors including Café Latte, Cookies & Creamy, and Tropical Strawberry, is also highlighted to Reebok Fitness App members as a way to help fill nutrition gaps and support feeling their best.
