Steven G. Bradshaw has provided notice that he is retiring from the Board of Directors of BOK Financial Corporation effective December 31, 2022. Mr. Bradshaw served the company for thirty-one years including eight years as its Chief Executive Officer, a position from which he retired January 1, 2022.
