On May 3, 2021, Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2021, initiation of a quarterly dividend, and formation of an ESG Committee of the Board of Directors. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
