Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 1, 2024, Don Hankey informed Bone Biologics Corporation (the “Company”) of his resignation as a director of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Hankey’s departure was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company is appreciative of Mr. Hankey’s years of service to the Company as a director.
