On May 27, 2025, Borealis Foods Inc. issued a letter to its shareholders providing an update on continued gross margin improvement, key partnerships contributing to diversification efforts, reduction of SG&A expenses and continued efforts regarding potential financing sources. A copy of this letter is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1.
