On February 6, 2025, BorgWarner Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 5, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on March 17, 2025, to stockholders of record on March 3, 2025.
