Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On March 21, 2022, Carl Bass resigned from the board of directors of Box, Inc. (the “Company”), effective on the date hereof. Mr. Bass resigned to focus on other commitments and his resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
