On September 5, 2024, BRC Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its entry into a long-term sales and distribution agreement with Keurig
Dr Pepper Inc. for the Company’s Black Rifle Energy™ drinks. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
