On January 14, 2025, BRC Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reaffirming its guidance for net revenue, gross margin and Adjusted EBITDA for the year ended December 31, 2024 and announcing its long-range financial targets. The Company has not yet finalized its results for the year ended December 31, 2024.
