Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 13, 2025, Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (the “Company) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.88 per share. The dividend is payable on July 2, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 13, 2025.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
