Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 10, 2022, BTRS Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) conducted a conference call to discuss its financial results and corporate highlights as of and for the three months ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”).
