(b) On December 18, 2023, Laura Franco, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Secretary of Bumble Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of her decision to resign, effective as of February 16, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), to accept another senior executive position outside of the Company. Ms. Franco will remain in her current position to assist with the transition of her responsibilities through the Effective Date.
