Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 4, 2025, BV Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it had adopted, and received the non-objection of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond to initiate, a stock repurchase program for up to 10% of the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock (approximately 1,059,404 shares).
A copy of the press release announcing the stock repurchase program is included as exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
