C4 Therapeutics Taps Ron Cooper of Albireo Pharma as Board Chair Succeeding Bruce Downey

C4 Therapeutics, Inc. (C4T) (NASDAQ:CCCC), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to advancing targeted protein degradation science, today announced changes to its Board of Directors as part of the Company's aspiration to become a fully integrated biotechnology company. Ron Cooper, a global biopharmaceutical executive experienced across discovery, development and commercialization, has been appointed chairman of C4T's Board of Directors. Bruce Downey, who served as chairman between June 2022 and June 2024, remains a member of the Board of Directors. As part of C4T's continued Board evolution with this appointment, Glenn Dubin, who has served on C4T's Board of Directors since 2021, has decided to step down from the Board of Directors.
