(C4T) (NASDAQ:CCCC), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to advancing targeted protein degradation science, today announced the abstract sharing clinical data from its ongoing Phase 1 clinical trial of CFT1946, a novel BiDAC™ degrader, in mutant BRAF V600 solid tumors, was released in conjunction with the ESMO Congress 2024 scheduled for September 13 – 17, 2024 in Barcelona, Spain. The full abstract, which includes results with a data cut-off of April 12, 2024, can be accessed on the ESMO Congress 2024 website.
Data on 36 patients, with a data cut-off date of July 19, 2024, will be presented as a proffered paper in an oral presentation scheduled for Friday, September 13, 2024 at 4:10 pm CEST (10:10 am ET) at the ESMO Congress 2024. This oral presentation will include patient demographics, safety, pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic and anti-tumor activity data as measured by RECIST 1.1 criteria.

CFT1946 is an orally bioavailable BiDAC™ degrader designed to be potent and selective against BRAF V600X mutant targets. In preclinical studies, CFT1946 is active in vivo and in vitro in models with BRAF V600E driven disease and in models resistant to BRAF inhibitors.
