Item 8.01 Other Events.
Michael Weening, Calix’s President and Chief Executive Officer, announces with great regret that Calix’s chief commercial operations officer, J. Matthew Collins, passed away on May 7, 2025.
Weening would like the Calix community to know that “Matt’s impact on our culture and customers over these last eight years was profound - he will be deeply missed. On a personal note, Matt was a great friend to me and others, and we all extend to his family our deepest condolences and healing well wishes.”
