Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 13, 2022, Carlyle Secured Lending, Inc. (the “Company”, formerly known as TCG BDC, Inc.) issued a press release announcing that it will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. EST on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 to announce its third quarter 2022 financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
