On June 24, 2025, Carnival Corporation & plc issued a press release entitled “CARNIVAL CORPORATION & PLC TOPS GUIDANCE ACHIEVING HIGHEST-EVER SECOND QUARTER OPERATING RESULTS AND EXCEEDING 2026 SEA CHANGE FINANCIAL TARGETS 18 MONTHS EARLY.” A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
