KENNESAW, Ga., June 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Carrier's latest enhancements to its Abound Insights Assistant app further empowers building managers and facilities teams to manage equipment operations proactively, while helping them streamline maintenance activities. The Carrier Abound Insights Assistant app provides actionable insights and recommendations for over 25 categories of equipment in commercial buildings, including HVAC, refrigeration and controls. These insights are powered by the award-winning Abound Insights AI platform, which analyzes equipment performance across a building portfolio and provides recommendations to building managers directly through the app.

As an example of insight in action, a user may receive a notification indicating a suspected refrigerant leak in a chiller, prompting the user to check the refrigerant level. The insight will provide detailed information about the problem and warnings, such as the risk of potential compressor damage. The user can then proactively schedule a site visit for inspection.

The Live Connect feature now facilitates a seamless workflow by offering live data access, AI-generated health status, and detailed repair recommendations for connected equipment. Additionally, users can access new features to identify trends for comprehensive data analysis. The Site Summary feature now includes reports to highlight sites and assets that require attention.
