Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Michael Monahan, the Chief Financial Officer and director of Casper Sleep Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he expects to resign
from such positions effective March 31, 2022, or at a later date to be mutually agreed in writing between Mr. Monahan and the Company, which shall not be, in any event, later than November 1, 2022. Mr. Monahan’s resignation did not result from any
disagreement with the Company concerning any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
