On May 19, 2025, CBAK Energy Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce its results of operations for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the press release issued by the Company concerning the foregoing results is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
