Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

CDW Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Elizabeth H. Connelly, Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President, Coworker Services, will transition to a new role as Senior Vice President – Healthcare of the Company. Ms. Connelly will remain in her current role until a successor is named.
