(b) On August 1, 2025, Director Wayne S. DeVeydt notified Centene Corporation (the Company) of his resignation, effective immediately. Mr. DeVeydt's resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Company's Board of Directors (the Board) on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.

Effective as of Mr. DeVeydt's resignation, the Board reduced the number of directors constituting the Board to ten directors.
