Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 5, 2025, Mr. Shahram Ghasemian, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of Centrus Energy Corp. (the “Company”) provided notice that he will resign from his positions at the Company, effective June 29, 2025, in order to pursue another opportunity. Effective upon Mr. Ghasemian's departure, Mr. Richard Emery will be appointed as Acting General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Corporate Secretary of the Company. Mr. Emery currently serves as the Deputy General Counsel and Director, Corporate Compliance.
