On February 20, 2025, Cerus Corporation (the “Company”) announced its financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2024. A copy of the Company’s press release, entitled “Cerus Corporation Announces Full-Year and Fourth Quarter 2024 Financial Results,” is furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
