Explanation of Responses:

1. Granted under the Amended and Restated 2007 Equity Incentive Plan, these deferred restricted shares will vest ratably over a three-year period, with 13,725 shares vesting on January 1, 2027, 13,724 shares vesting on January 1, 2028, and 13,725 shares vesting on January 1, 2029, subject to the Reporting Person's continued employment with Blackstone. As these deferred restricted shares vest, the underlying shares will be delivered to the Reporting Person. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the shares may be delivered earlier upon a change in control of Blackstone.
