On April 28, 2025 , Chain Bridge Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2025 (the “Earnings Release”). A copy of the Earnings Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Report”).
