Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On August 1, 2022, Nathaniel Fick resigned from the Board of Directors of Chain Bridge I (the “Company”), and as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating Committee, effective immediately because Mr. Fick has been nominated to serve as the United States Department of State’s Ambassador at Large for Cybersecurity and Digital Policy. Mr. Fick’s decision to resign is not because of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
