These shares were purchased in multiple transactions on October 1, 2025, at prices ranging from $1.835 to $1.85, and on October 2, 2025, at prices ranging from $1.82 to $1.85. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide W&T Offshore, Inc., the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and any security holder of W&T Offshore, Inc. full information regarding the number of shares of common stock purchased at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this footnote upon request.
