2. These shares are held by the Courtemanche 2021 Irrevocable Trust UA DTD 6/10/2021.

3. These shares are held by The Courtemanche 2016 Irrevocable Trust.

4. The shares subject to the option vested in 60 equal monthly installments, beginning on the one month anniversary of February 5, 2016, subject to continued service through each applicable vesting date.

5. The shares subject to the option vested in 48 equal monthly installments, beginning on the one month anniversary of January 1, 2019, subject to continued service through each applicable vesting date.
