ChampionX, Montrose Environmental Group And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Tuesday
U.S. stocks were lower, with the Dow Jones falling around 400 points on Tuesday.
Shares of ChampionX Corporation (NASDAQ:CHX) rose sharply during Tuesday’s session after Schlumberger Limited (NYSE:SLB) announced it will acquire the company.
ChampionX shares jumped 9.5% to $38.78 on Tuesday.

- TMC the metals company Inc. (NASDAQ:TMC) gained 18.1% to $1.70.
- Jiuzi Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:JZXN) climbed 10.7% to $4.43.
- Yatsen Holding Limited (NYSE:YSG) rose 10% to $2.52.
- Exact Sciences Corporation (NASDAQ:EXAS) gained 8.6% to $76.56.
- VNET Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:VNET) gained 8.2% to $1.7850.
- Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. (NYSE:MEG) gained 8.4% to $42.73. Montrose Environmental Group acquired Engineering & Technical Associates and raised 2024 revenue outlook.
- Canopy Growth Corporation (NASDAQ:CGC) climbed 8.2% to $8.15.
- SIGA Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:SIGA) rose 7.4% to $9.45. SIGA Technologies entered amendment to its international promotion agreement with Meridian Medical.
- SunCar Technology Group Inc. (NASDAQ:SDA) gained 6.7% to $7.79. SunCar Technology Group announced it will offer exclusive airport concierge car services to the private banking clientele of China CITIC Bank International Limited.
- Trip.com Group Limited (NASDAQ:TCOM) gained 3.5% to $48.58. Citigroup, on Monday, maintained a Buy rating on the stock and raised its price target from $53 to $55.
