On November 21, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing the change of the Company’s name to “Channel Therapeutics Corporation” and reincorporation in the State of Nevada, as well as providing an update on the Company’s therapeutic programs. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
