Explanation of Responses:

1. The reported purchases were effected automatically pursuant to the Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person on December 15, 2023.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $3.48 to $3.50, inclusive. The Reporting Person hereby undertakes to provide upon request to the SEC staff, the issuer, or a security holder of the issuer full information regarding the number of shares and prices at which the transaction was effected.

3. These securities are owned by Bombe-MIC Pref, LLC ("Bombe"). The Reporting Person is a member and manager of Bombe. Accordingly, the Reporting Person may be deemed to be a beneficial owner of such securities. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of such securities for Section 16 or any other purpose.

4. These securities are owned by Color Up, LLC ("Color Up"). The Reporting Person is a manager of Color Up and may be deemed to be a beneficial owner of such securities. Additionally, Bombe Asset Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company owned and controlled by the Reporting Person, is a member of Color Up. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of such securities for Section 16 or any other purpose.
