Check Point to Acquire Veriti to Transform Threat Exposure Management and Reduce Organizations' Cyber Attack Surface

(NASDAQ:CHKP), a pioneer and global leader of cyber security solutions, today announced a definitive agreement to acquire Veriti Cybersecurity, the first fully automated, multi-vendor pre-emptive threat exposure and mitigation platform.
