Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 17, 2024, Cheniere Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.435 per share payable on August 16, 2024 to shareholders of record as of August 9, 2024. The Company’s press release announcing the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
