Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment Corporation Announces Appointment of Dale Hoffman to Board of Directors
Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment Corporation (NYSE:CHMI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dale Hoffman to the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Hoffman is independent in accordance with NYSE listing standards, has been appointed to serve on the Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board and will participate in the same compensation programs as the other non-management directors.

Mr. Hoffman is the President of S&D Sarasota, a consultancy with broker/dealer clients regarding compliance and regulatory issues through a third party. Prior to founding his consultancy, he was Managing Director and Head of Taxable Fixed Income Trading for Piper Jaffray, where he worked closely with risk management and compliance departments until his retirement in 2018. Before joining Piper Jaffray, Mr. Hoffman was Managing Director and Co-Head of Fixed Income Trading and Commodities for BMO Capital Markets, US. Earlier in his career, he spent 12 years as a Senior VP at investment management firm Legg Mason Wood Walker Inc. where he supervised a team of 25 traders. Mr. Hoffman is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton and received his MBA from St. John's University.
