Fiscal Q1 2022 Highlights:

Net sales of $2.43 billion improved 13.7 percent year over year
Gross margin of 27.5 percent declined 10 basis points year over year
Net income of $18.5 million, including share-based compensation expense of $27.2 million
Net margin of 0.8 percent declined 100 basis points year over year
Adjusted EBITDA⁽¹⁾ of $60.5 million, a decline of 21.8 percent year over year
Adjusted EBITDA margin⁽¹⁾ of 2.5 percent declined 110 basis points year over year
