1. Represents the number of shares that had been sold to satisfy tax obligation upon vesting of previously granted restricted stock units ("RSUs").

2. Represents the number of shares that had been sold to satisfy tax obligation upon vesting of previously granted RSUs. This sale was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 sales plan adopted by the Reporting Person on August 30, 2024.

3. The price in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $11.52 to $11.58, inclusive.
