Explanation of Responses:

1. These common units representing limited partner interests in Kimbell Royalty Partners, LP ("Common Units") include 35,030 Common Units previously held indirectly through the reporting person's membership interest in Brazos Minerals, L.L.C. On September 20, 2024, the Common Units held indirectly through the reporting person's membership interest in Brazos Minerals, L.L.C. were transferred to the reporting person. As a result, the reporting person now has direct ownership. The reporting person previously disclosed indirect ownership of 35,034 Common Units held by Brazos Minerals L.L.C., but the number of Common Units received was 35,030.

2. These Common Units are owned directly by a Spousal Lifetime Access Trust ("SLAT"). The reporting person is trustee of the SLAT and retains investment authority over the Common Units.

3. These Common Units are owned directly by Westside Energy, LLC. The reporting person is the manager and a member of Westside Energy, LLC. This Form 4 also corrects an immaterial error in the reporting person's previously reported holdings, pursuant to which 1 additional Common Unit was shown as being held indirectly by the reporting person. The reported beneficial ownership in this Form 4 corrects this immaterial error.

4. These Common Units are owned directly by Kimbell GP Holdings, LLC. The reporting person is the sole member of Rochelle Royalties, LLC, a member of Kimbell GP Holdings, LLC.

5. These Common Units are owned directly by Princeton Royalties, LLC. The reporting person is the manager and a member of Westside Energy, LLC, a member of Princeton Royalties, LLC.
