Explanation of Responses:

1. This restricted stock unit (RSU) award represents equity replacement with respect to certain compensation that Mr. Anversa forfeited from his prior employer, as disclosed in Logitech's current report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 6, 2024. Each RSU represents the right to receive, following vesting, one Logitech share. The 10,833 RSUs will vest in full on March 15, 2026.
