The reporting person is voluntarily reporting the acquisition of shares of the Issuer's common stock pursuant to the April 30, 2025 purchase of 4,000 shares through the JetBlue Crewmember Stock Purchase Plan at a price of $3.55 (reflecting the plan discount). This transaction is exempt under Rule 16b-3(c).
