Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares of Class A Common Stock of American Strategic Investment Co. withheld to pay taxes on the vesting of restricted shares previously granted to the reporting person.

2. Reflects 14 shares of the Class A Common Stock of American Strategic Investment Co. withheld to pay taxes upon the vesting of restricted shares on April 22, 2025, which was reported by the Form 4 filed by the reporting person on May 12, 2025. Such Form 4 inadvertently reported that the reporting person beneficially owned 4,578 shares instead of 5,794 shares following the transaction reported therein, and the reporting person's beneficial ownership is amended by this Form 4.
