Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents a restricted stock award issued pursuant to the Issuer's 2017 Stock Incentive Plan (the "Plan") pursuant to which the 2,760 shares vest equally, on a quarterly basis, over a period of two years beginning one quarter from the grant date.

2. Represents restricted stock awards under the Plan, which have not vested.

3. On July 30, 2024, Daniel Moorhead, sold an aggregate of 15,000 shares of common stock in open market transactions at a price per share equal to $8.24. The price per share equal to $8.24 represents the weighted average sales price for the shares. Upon request by the Commission, the Issuer or the Reporting Person shall provide full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.
