Explanation of Responses:

1. Consists of restricted share units (RSUs). The RSUs vest in four equal annual installments of 25% on February 8, 2026 through February 8, 2029.

2. Includes 2,441 ordinary shares acquired on January 14, 2025, under the issuer's 2019 Employee Share Purchase Plan.

3. The option vests as to 25% of the shares on February 8, 2026, and vests as to an additional 6.25% of the shares quarterly thereafter until February 8, 2029.
